There are certain times when things just don't fall into a certain
category. That's why we have what we call "Specialty Lending." With
every transaction being unique, we need to understand exactly what
the client is trying to accomplish. That way we can help them achieve
their goals as quickly as possible. A lot of times this isn't easy, but
we do the best that we can with our resources. Sometimes we have
to find new lenders. Other times, we can even combine programs to
help get the deals done or bring in investors or joint venture. Its
better to give up some equity in a project, than to never see the
dream realized!
