We expect management teams to have substantial equity stakes and be motivated to create shareholder value -Security of the funds plus the returns and exit are key points that we take very critically. Exit Plan The exit plan must be informative and straight forward for the funding to proceed. PROCEDURES AND STEPS 1. Fill in our formatted questionnaire. 2. Our intention to proceed or not will be advised. 3. If our intention is to advance an application form and Executive Summary & Business Plan will then be requested. 4. Terms sheet will be issued. 6. Acceptance of term sheet by the client. 7. Funding will proceed usually within 45-90 days. For Existing Business that have been around longer then 2yrs the following additional information will be requested: 1. Current Balance Sheet 2. Aging A/R and A/P We are interested to know what the money will be used for, how will the investors get their money back and what will be the overall return or yield, what are the risks and what is the applicant risking. We do not need a lot of technical information at the beginning. Our focus is on the viability of the project and the capacity of the team to succeed and to repay the capital.
