Investor and Joint Venture

ComResInvestments has the ability to offer both investors and joint
venture for not only real estate, but also for business. They can be
used for start-ups, acquisition or expansion. The first thing we will
need is your executive summary and/or business plan. In addition to
that, depending upon your project, we may also need the following
items...

1.        Completed application and signed NDNC
2.        Executive Summary (one to three pages)
3.        Full Business Plan
4.        Marketing and Sales plan
5.        Long term and short term goals, as well as all exit strategies
6.        Two to three years tax returns showing verifiable income
7.        Current verifiable assets, as well as liabilities
8.        Make sure we know exactly how much verifiable money you       
           have into project, as well as any other cash you will be investing
9.        All Appraisals and/or comparables related to project

If you do not have any of the above documentation related to you
project, please let us know why. By having everything up-front, it
allows us to work much faster at securing funding for your projects!
